What size should I choose?
The best way to choose your perfect fit is to use a string and gently measure around your (or your little one’s) neck, ankle, or wrist. Every person—and every stage of growth—is unique, so measuring ensures the size you select will be just right.
For little ones, aim for a fit that allows two fingers to slip comfortably between the necklace and their neck. It should rest close, but not tight—and never loose enough to lift over their chin.

How should I care for my amber jewelry?
Amber comes from the earth, so it does good with natural elements like fresh water and everyday wear.
We do recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools, and avoid using harsh soaps, as those chemicals can be harsh and may affect the amber over time.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?
Don’t worry—if your amber jewelry breaks, it’s not the end, it’s a new beginning! Our pieces are intentionally designed to release under pressure as a built-in safety feature, especially for little ones. If the clasp happens to crack from being pulled too tightly or from excess pressure, that simply means the safety feature has done its job. Because each necklace is handmade with delicate, genuine amber beads and gemstones, we recommend being gentle with the handmade jewelry.
If your jewelry happens to break, the amber itself can still be cherished. We encourage you to gather the beads and turn them into something new—perhaps a bracelet, anklet, or keepsake. A simple cotton or stretchy cord works beautifully for restringing, allowing your piece to take on new life and meaning.
Every Lolly Llama design carries a story, and even in breaking, that story can continue in a new, beautiful way.

We put care into every step of creating your Lolly Llama jewelry, from crafting to packaging. Still, we know situations can come up that require a return or exchange.

General Return Policy
- Return Window: Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: We require an order number or confirmation email.
- Shipped Costs: As a small business, we're not able to cover return shipping costs.
- Refund Amount: Refunds apply to the product cost only and do not include original shipping fees.
- Used Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, used or worn merchandise cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale/Promotional Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or promotional items.

Black Friday & Special Sales: To offer the best possible discounts, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details carefully and double-check your selections before completing your purchase. We’re also unable to provide price adjustments on previously purchased items if the price changes later.

About Amber Jewelry & Repairs
- We do not offer repairs on jewelry that has been worn.
- Baltic amber is a natural tree resin and needs gentle handling.
- Please take care when putting jewelry on or taking it off; over-tightening can cause the clasp to crack.
- Our clasps are designed with a safety release mechanism - if the necklace is pulled or tugged, the clasp may separate from the cord. This is intentional and not considered a defect, but a feature to help keep little ones safe.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or used jewelry for any reason. Any such pieces will be safely discarded and cannot be returned to you. We encourage you to keep and repurpose your beads however you'd like.

How to Send a Return or Exchange

If you'd like to return or exchange an eligible item:
- Send your package back to us via the United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Please do not use UPS or FedEx for returns.
- Make sure the item is new, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Include a note with your name, email address, and order number so we can locate your order quickly.
- Email us the tracking number once your package has shipped, so it can be monitored in transit.
- Send your package back to us via the United States Postal Service (USPS)

IMPORTANT: We do not cover the cost of shipping items back to us for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. If your original purchase used a promo code, any approved exchange will be issued as shop credit. Once your return is received and processed, we’ll email you with details about your refund, credit, or exchange. If a new order needs to be shipped out as part of an exchange, we’ll send a payment request for the new shipping label to the email address used on the original order.
- Worn/Used Jewelry Returned: If worn or used jewelry is sent back to us, a 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied, as those items must be discarded for sanitation reasons and cannot be resold.
